Daniel Ballentine
Daniel Ballentine became Business Director of UK Cellnet in May 2016. He was previously appointed to the Board of Directors as the Chief Business Officer, a position he held since February 2010. The company has achieved the strongest customer acquisition and satisfaction in the UK market during his tenure.

Daniel is an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) and was educated at Manchester University. In his spare time he is a keen angler, and has been published on two occasions, writing about great walks of the Peak District.
Sally Burns
Sally Burns is a telecommunications trailblazer. Having already made Connexions magazine's Telecoms Thirty Under Thirty in 2016, she was promoted to become the first female Data Officer of UK Cellnet the following year.

It was during her sixth year at UK Cellnet that Sally welcomed then-Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Matt Hancock to UK Cellnet’s national headquarters for a tour and briefing on how UK Cellnet was preparing for Brexit.
Sally is a patron of a number of charities.
Jeet Iyer
Jeet Iyer moved from global freight into telecommunications in 2006 after a two-decade period of delivering success across the sector. He values efficiency, honesty, and a well-motivated workforce. He has placed these values centre stage as Chief Technical Officer.

A globetrotter since hitchhiking Asia as a young man, Jeet brings a holistic, global perspective to everything he does. In 2019, Jeet led a Europe-wide fact-finding trip to China with other major leads on 5G technology. Passionate about infrastructure, he has been UK Cellnet’s number two on day-to-day operations since 2015.

In addition to travel, Jeet loves his two dogs, Priscilla and Marge, and can regularly be spotted at the opera. He runs the London Marathon each year for the Jumbo Trust.
Erica Small
Erica Small was appointed to the Board of Directors as the Chief Financial Officer, in 2013. She had previously been the HR Director since September 2009.

Erica is a communications industry figurehead, an active campaigner for Women in tech and in 2011 received the Individual Achievement Award by the Holmes Report.
​
Erica is an expert in telecommunications, media and technology. Before joining the Executive Team, in her previous role, she led strategy and marketing innovation within the Telefónica Group, both in the UK and extensively across Europe.
​
Erica holds an MSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of Leeds. She is a patron of She Can Code, a charity specialising in female-led coding classes for primary school-aged children.
